Google API Services User Data Policy

BillulloNex’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Collection

BillulloNex requests the following specific Google user data to provide its AI-powered features:

Gmail (Read, Send, Modify):

  • Read: Metadata (Sender, Recipient, Subject, Date) and the full body content of emails to generate summaries and answers.
  • Send: The ability to send emails on your behalf only upon your explicit confirmation.
  • Modify: The ability to create drafts, move messages to trash, and modify labels (e.g., mark as read/unread) based on your instructions.

Google Drive (Read-Only):

  • Files: Read-only access to file content (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDFs, text) to perform analysis and search.
  • Metadata: File names, types, and modification dates to help you find relevant documents.

Identity:

  • Basic profile information (email address) to associate your connected accounts with your BillulloNex user profile.

Purpose of Data Collection & Use

We collect and use this data solely to provide the following features:

  • AI Analysis & Automation: Content from your emails and Drive files is processed by our AI engine (Google Gemini) to answer your questions, summarize long documents, and extract key insights.
  • Productivity Actions: To perform actions you explicitly request, such as drafting email replies or organizing your inbox.
  • Contextual Search: To allow you to search across your connected apps to find specific information.
  • AI Processing Disclosure: Data retrieved from your Google account (such as email text or document content) is sent to Google’s Gemini API for processing to generate the AI responses. This data is not used to train Google’s models.

Data Storage and Retention

  • Application Data: Email bodies and file contents are processed in real-time and temporarily cached in memory only for the duration of your active session to improve performance. We do not permanently store your email messages or Drive files in our databases.
  • Credentials: OAuth2 authentication tokens (access and refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest and stored securely in our database to maintain your connection.
  • User Control: You can disconnect your Google account at any time via the Settings page, which immediately deletes your access tokens from our system.

Data Sharing

  • AI Service Provider: Data is shared with Google (as our AI provider via the Gemini API) solely for the purpose of generating responses to your queries.
  • No Third-Party Sales: We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data to any third parties.
  • No Advertising: We do not use your data for serving advertisements.
  • Law Enforcement: We will not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

Limited Use Disclosure

BillulloNex’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
